Our Mission
AAT is committed to empowering families of children of all ages facing language delays, developmental disabilities and complex communication needs. Our mission is to offer comprehensive support through wrap-around services, including comprehensive communication evaluations, targeted therapies, child advocacy, caregiver coaching, and vital resources for navigating state, medical, and educational systems. We aim to cultivate a nurturing environment that promotes growth, understanding, and effective communication, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Our Approach
We embrace an interdisciplinary model that integrates the expertise of both a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and a Special Education Advocate. This dual focus allows us to address communication needs while also considering the broader context of a child's development within state, medical, and educational systems. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures that we are not only providing targeted communication therapies but also looking at the bigger picture to create a holistic support system for each child and their family.
