  • We provide services for children with language delays, developmental disabilities, and complex communication profiles who are ages 3 to 17 years.

  • We embrace an interdisciplinary model that integrates the expertise of both a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and a Special Education Advocate. This dual focus allows us to address communication needs while also considering the broader context of a child's development within state, medical, and educational systems. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures that we are not only providing targeted communication therapies but also looking at the bigger picture to create a holistic support system for each child and their family.

  • The initial appointment is 60 minutes. The length and frequency of following visits will vary depending on a child’s needs, a family’s schedule and a family’s preference. 

  • We serve various areas in Boston and the South Shore. Please note that locations outside of our service area may incur a travel fee. For more information, please contact us with your zip code.

  • Yes, we provide telehealth services in the state of Massachusetts.

  • We provide in-home services for select areas in greater Boston and South Shore areas and video appointments for residents of Massachusetts. Please note that, at this time, we do not offer appointments at an office location.

  • We operate on a private pay model.  At this time, we do not accept health insurance, however, we do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA).

  • We provide hourly services that are tailored to each child and family's unique needs. There is no obligation to purchase services; we’re here to help you explore your options.

  • Yes, we offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to answer your questions and provide additional information. You can schedule this call online using our scheduling tool or by emailing us at info@AccessAbilityTherapies.com.

  • We ask that clients provide a minimum of a 12-hour notice for cancellations.
